Beta Testing Privacy Notice

The beta form collects name, email, country, professional sector, motivation text, and uploaded CV.

Purpose

Data is used to review beta tester applications, contact applicants, and manage the Beta Testing Programme.

CV handling

Uploaded CVs are stored in the configured application storage and are visible only to authorised Backoffice administrators.

Retention

Beta application data may be retained for programme administration and product feedback management. Retention rules will be finalised before public commercial launch.

AI use

The CV uploaded in the beta application form is not automatically sent to Clio AI. Clio AI is used only after a selected tester activates an account and explicitly uses Clio AI features.
